You are a strong self-starter who is expected to operate with high autonomy, maintain rigorous accountability, and serve as a proactive strategic thought partner to leadership. You excel at translating broad goals into structured operational frameworks, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and handling sensitive company data with absolute discretion and confidentiality.

  • Lead budget allocation recommendations and scenario modeling to provide leadership with data-driven alternatives and impact analyses during strategic planning pivots
  • Architect and deliver Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Planning Financial inputs for the Chief Business Officer, collaborating closely with strategic stakeholders to build multi-year financial projections that align with overarching corporate visions
  • Drive high-impact strategic initiatives using program management best practices, ensuring complex, cross-functional programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with core leadership objectives
  • Streamline core operational processes and infrastructure by evaluating and implementing AI tools and automated workflows that scale efficiency, eliminate functional silos, and track ROI
  • Lead ongoing change management and organizational agility, building robust mitigation strategies to navigate risks and blockers to drive business outcomes
WHO YOU ARE
  • Bring 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Strategic Finance, Strategy Consulting, or a highly analytical corporate strategy role within a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Demonstrate high autonomy and strong strategic partnership skills, with a proven history of acting as a trusted advisor to organizational leadership and driving complex programs end-to-end with minimal guidance, driving business outcomes
  • Exhibit advanced financial and operational rigor, backed by deep financial acumen and a track record of driving complex annual planning processes, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and executing data-driven resource scenario modeling
  • Possess a demonstrated mastery over strategic initiatives, with extensive expertise in architecting and steering large-scale, cross-functional programs using industry-standard program management frameworks and best practices
  • Maintain strong executive presence and stakeholder influence, paired with exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to synthesize complex operational or financial narratives into clear insights for C-suite and executive leadership
  • Bring a forward-thinking approach to tech strategy and AI fluency, including practical experience evaluating, implementing, and scaling AI tools and automated workflows to optimize team efficiency
  • Model uncompromising accountability, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail, alongside superior organizational skills and a proven ability to manage highly sensitive company and financial records with absolute confidentiality, skills, and a passion for building standardized, scalable financial processes
  • Energetic and adaptable approach to managing a fluid portfolio of projects across global teams in multiple time zones
  • Willing to travel as required by business needs
