DESCRIPTION

Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to develop requirements and related business rules to provide business solutions meeting user needs.

Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as, an understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities.

Focuses on improving business processes by analyzing business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.

Gathers business requirements, contributes & reviews test scenarios and configures the iRequest tool meet business demands

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to the customer for the initiation, transition, and ongoing maintenance of requestsย 
  • Ensure proper documentation and knowledge have been created and transitioned to the rest of the support teamย 
  • Ensure support teams have appropriate level of knowledge of business processes to meet the customers' expectations within iRequestย 
  • Facilitate effective meetings to gather requirementsย 
  • Develop plans to promote improvementย 
  • Execute Service Management Activities (IMPMCMetc.)ย 
  • Partner with project teams to Identify opportunities and drive changeย 
  • Coordinate business communications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, business or related fieldย 
  • 3+ years' experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders. Building relationships with different analytical, support and operational teams to continue the development of analytical practices and work.ย 
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Tools with focus on Word & Excelย 
  • Knowledge of modern development lifecycles, including Agile and iterative development Ability to be responsive to changing business needs (organizational agility), manage and prioritize concurrent assignments, and handle ambiguity.ย 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with demonstrated ability to communicate highly complex and technical concepts in general terms to broad audiences
