Job Description Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives within the Brokerage and Advisory business areas. This role will partner closely with product managers, engineers, designers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver technology solutions that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and solutions.

This position plays a key role in supporting Agile delivery teams and helping bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and designers to identify business needs and develop technology solutions that support Brokerage and Advisory business objectives. Analyze and document current-state processes, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions that improve business outcomes.

Lead requirements gathering activities and create clear, actionable user stories, features, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. Serve as a subject matter expert within assigned business domains, providing analysis, recommendations, and guidance to project teams. Support Agile delivery teams by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and solution validation activities.

Coordinate and facilitate business testing efforts, including test planning, execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder sign-off. Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and stakeholder expectations. Communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to the successful delivery of business and technology projects. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members while working independently on complex initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.

Approximately 4-5+ years or more of business analysis experience supporting business and technology initiatives. Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.

Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop practical solutions. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, product, and technology stakeholders.

Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and make informed recommendations. The base range for this contract position is $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S
