  • Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and staff development initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Seller-Doer / Business Development

  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors, municipalities, and institutional clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead proposal development, interviews, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Participate in professional organizations and networking activities.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives in the Springfield and/or Southwest Florida markets.
  • Contribute to annual sales and revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 10+ years of structural engineering experience focused on buildings.
  • Demonstrated experience managing structural projects from concept through construction.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM, RISA, SAP2000, STAAD, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Expand client relationships and secure repeat business.
  • Generate annual new work opportunities through business development efforts.
