Job description

Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring an Advanced Camp Director to lead our Competitive Baseball Program in Orinda, CA.

This position is intended for experienced baseball coaches who are comfortable working with older youth athletes and delivering instruction in a focused, development-oriented environment.

About the Opportunity

Our Advanced Camp serves players ages 1014 who are committed to improving their skills and understanding of the game. Directors lead all instructional activities and play a key role in shaping the camper experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily camp operations for the Advanced Camp group
  • Deliver instruction in hitting, defense, baserunning, and game situations
  • Teach baseball strategy and player development concepts
  • Manage camper engagement and maintain structure
  • Provide individualized feedback to players
  • Represent Giants Camps professionally
