Senior Design Engineer – AV Systems
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
  • Design and validate integrated AV system solutions
  • Create technical drawings, single-line diagrams, and system documentation
  • Support Project Managers throughout project execution
  • Assist Sales with system design and solution development
  • Research and recommend AV products and technologies
  • Develop equipment, hardware, and wiring lists
  • Review project feasibility, budgets, and technical requirements
  • Ensure designs meet project specifications and quality standards
  • Serve as a technical resource for internal teams and clients
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience designing integrated AV systems
  • AVIXA CTS certification required (CTS-D preferred)
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam and basic AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of audio, video, control, lighting, and videoconferencing systems
  • Ability to read and create technical drawings and system diagrams
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
