Role: Sales - Home Care
Senior Care at Home is seeking an experienced sales professional who is passionate about helping seniors and their families. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners while connecting individuals with compassionate, dependable care that helps them remain safe and independent at home.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors' offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and other community partners throughout the service area.
• Travel regularly to meet referral sources, represent the company professionally, and expand local partnerships.
• Educate healthcare professionals, families, and community organizations about our services.
• Participate in community events, health fairs, networking, and outreach activities.
• Follow up on leads, generate referrals, maintain a sales pipeline, and work toward business development goals.
• Collaborate with the team to help families connect with appropriate care resources.
Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience required; healthcare, senior care, home care, or medical services experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, generate referrals, and meet sales or business development goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and follow-through skills.
