Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
We are seeking a cleared Senior Program Manager to lead a large, complex federal classified IT and cybersecurity services program supporting law enforcement, national security, and criminal justice missions within our National Security Business Unit. The Program Manager will serve as the single point of accountability for contract performance, staffing, schedule, risk, quality, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, transition, reporting, and mission delivery across infrastructure, cybersecurity, software engineering, COMSEC, litigation support, cross-domain, service management, and end-user support functions.
You will lead a multidisciplinary National Security Business Unit delivery team supporting classified and sensitive IT programs for law enforcement, national security, and criminal justice missions. This role is responsible for overall contract performance, staffing, team coordination, service delivery, customer engagement, risk management, quality control, reporting, and operational execution across infrastructure, cybersecurity, software engineering, COMSEC, litigation support, cross-domain, service management, and end-user support functions.
The Program Manager will also support account development by identifying organic growth opportunities, emerging mission needs, adjacent requirements, process improvements, modernization initiatives, and value-added solutions that strengthen customer partnerships and expand National Security Business Unit capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Lead an integrated contractor delivery team across technical and operational workstreams.
  • Manage contract performance, staffing, schedules, deliverables, risks, service levels, and reporting.
  • Establish team operating rhythms, escalation paths, accountability structures, and quality controls.
  • Oversee transition, onboarding, succession planning, staff development, and performance management.
  • Lead customer meetings, executive briefings, status reviews, and program governance activities.
  • Coordinate infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, COMSEC, litigation support, CDS, and service management activities.
  • Mentor technical leads and key personnel while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Identify account growth opportunities, adjacent mission needs, modernization initiatives, and value-added services.
  • Support capture, recompete, proposal, staffing, past performance, and customer relationship activities as requested.

Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000
General Description of Benefits
