Joint Ventures Senior Associate Attorney – Irvine, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco

Direct Counsel is seeking a Joint Ventures Senior Associate to join a top-tier Am Law firm with a nationally recognized real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior associate with deep experience in complex real estate transactions to work on high-profile joint venture matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure, negotiate, and draft complex real estate joint venture agreements

  • Advise clients on sophisticated limited liability company (LLC) and partnership arrangements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale real estate transactions

  • Manage significant portions of deals independently while contributing to team strategy

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience handling complex real estate joint ventures

  • Strong experience with LLC and partnership agreements in a real estate context

  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage substantial responsibility in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
