Established (100+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Workers' Compensation in Richmond, VA

An established Virginia-based firm with over 100 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5+ years of workers' compensation experience to join its team in Richmond, VA. This role begins with a manageable caseload to allow the incoming attorney to build experience, and the practice is supported by a cloud-based file management system with AI-assisted workflows gradually being implemented for greater efficiency.
