  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 8-11 years' experience.
  • Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
  • A valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Required Qualifications:

  • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WANT:

  • 10+ Years' Experience

  • Professional License required, Professional Engineer preferred. Will consider Landscape Architect or other qualified certification.

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) program permitting

  • Local, State (PA DEP, MDE, etc.), and Federal (EPA, FEMA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) land planning regulations and permitting

  • Stormwater management design and modeling for volume control and water quality (pollutant reduction)

  • Site grading, erosion and sediment pollution control plans

  • Technical writing including specifications, standard operating procedures, and/or ordinances development

  • Compliance inspections

  • Project management skills for achieving milestones and deadlines

  • Proficiency in client relationships and meeting facilitation

  • Proficiency in use of software for drafting, presentation, and routine office administrative tasks

  • Grant writing is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills required

  • Willing and able to perform occasional travel and overtime
