We are looking for a seasoned SAP technical leader who combines deep ABAP development expertise with modern SAP cloud technologies, enterprise integration experience, and the ability to influence business and IT stakeholders. Demonstrated success delivering large-scale SAP transformation initiatives while championing best practices, governance, performance optimization, and clean-core development principles.

  • 2+ years of experience leading SAP development intake and demand management processes, partnering with business and functional stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and roadmap development initiatives. Proven ability to balance business value, technical complexity, resource capacity, and delivery timelines while driving strategic decision-making.
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience within complex enterprise environments, including Classical and Object-Oriented ABAP, Function Modules, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancement Frameworks, Reports (Classical, ALV, OO ALV), IDocs, Interfaces, and Forms (Adobe Forms, SmartForms). Experience in regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in ABAP on HANA, including CDS Views, AMDP, ADBC, advanced SQL optimization, code remediation, performance tuning, and end-to-end application scalability.
  • Strong experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including Cloud Foundry, Kyma Runtime, and modern development frameworks such as CAP and RAP. Proven success building and integrating cloud-native SAP solutions.
  • Extensive integration experience leveraging SAP Integration Suite (CPI), including S/4HANA, BTP, and third-party application integrations via iFlows, CPI-DS, OData services, REST APIs, and event-based architectures.
