ProSidian Seeks a eGuidance Developer | Classification and Control Guidance Development, Revisions, and Review [EHSS0007015] Engagement Team | Project Manager Labor Category - STD Level Exempt Professional aligned under services related to NAICS: 541611 located Washington, DC supporting The Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) is The Department of Energy (DOE)'s central organization responsible for health, safety, environment, and security; providing corporate-level leadership and strategic vision to coordinate and integrate these vital programs.  EHSS is responsible for policy development and technical assistance; safety analysis; and corporate safety and security programs. The Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security advises DOE Senior Leadership on all matters related to environment, health, safety and security across the complex.

Seeking eGuidance Developer candidates with with relevant Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Clients such as EHSS.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Cost Reimbursement (eGuidance Developer) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as The Department of Energy ( DOE | OC - EHSS) | Office of Classification (OC) | Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Located In Washington, DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - eGuidance Developer

  • Provide technical support for the development and maintenance of eGuidance tools for classification guidance.
  • Work directly with the Office of Technical Guidance on advanced computational tools for DOE classification and policy guidance.
  • Develop and format classification guidance using XML editors and ensure the guidance is accessible across classified networks.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of eGuidance tools and ensure that guidance is updated in accordance with policy revisions.
  • Support the integration of eGuidance systems with other DOE classification systems and provide ongoing technical support for users.
Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For eGuidance Developer | Classification and Control Guidance Development, Revisions, and Review [EHSS0007015] (EHSS0007015) Candidates:

  • Knowledge of DOE classification guidance systems and policies.
  • Experience with XML editors and SharePoint for document management.
  • Familiarity with classified networks (C-NET, NNSA ESN) and document distribution protocols.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing or supporting eGuidance tools or similar technical guidance systems.
