About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and client-focused Senior Analyst to join our Large Pro Performance team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted analytics partner to our highest-value service professionals, combining deep data analysis with hands-on account management to drive pro success and platform engagement. You will own relationships with large pro accounts, proactively surfacing performance insights and working directly with pros to walk them through their numbers, identify growth opportunities, and align on strategies for improvement. As a Senior Analyst, you'll go beyond reporting on what happened by delivering data-backed recommendations that answer "what will happen?" and "what should we do?" and then translate those insights into actionable strategies for the pros who need them most.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary analytics point of contact for a portfolio of large pro accounts, building trusted relationships and maintaining regular communication cadences.

  • Conduct structured performance review sessions with pros — walking them through their key metrics, explaining trends in plain language, and co-developing action plans to improve outcomes.

  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives tailored to a non-technical pro audience; make numbers meaningful and actionable for the field.

  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and engage pros with targeted insights before performance issues escalate.

  • Act as the voice of the pro internally, feeding client observations back to product, strategy, and operations teams.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or related field, with meaningful exposure to account management or client-facing roles.

  • Demonstrated experience presenting data and insights directly to external clients or business partners — comfortable owning a room and explaining numbers to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R.

  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI; experience building client-facing dashboards is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to apply predictive modeling techniques to solve business problems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients while translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple pro accounts and internal priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to leverage AI to streamline analytical workstreams and enhance client deliverables.

We value diversity

We know that the best ideas come from teams where diverse points of view uncover new solutions to hard problems. We welcome and value individuals who bring diverse life experiences, educational backgrounds, cultures, and work experiences.

Our hiring process may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in candidate screening and assessment. Our AI tools are designed to complement, not replace, human decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $100,000 - $150,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.

  • This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.

  • Full medical, dental, vision package to fit your needs.

  • Flexible vacation policy; work hard and take time when you need it.

  • Pet discount plans & retirement plan with company match (401K).
