Position: Senior Analyst, Procurement
Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Procurement is responsible for supporting and optimizing the Commercial Change Order process and related procurement activities. This role focuses on data analysis, supplier coordination, category alignment, process compliance, and KPI reporting to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution across procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data to generate reports and insights supporting the Commercial Change Order process and related initiatives
Review change order components to identify appropriate suppliers and Category Managers; assign accurate category codes
Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers within required timelines
Ensure compliance with established procurement processes to maintain data accuracy and consistency
Coordinate and obtain technical drawing specifications as required to support sourcing activities
Maintain and update team task trackers, monitor stakeholder deliverables, and manage aging items through closure
Manage assigned workload and ensure timely processing of procurement-related transactions
Support development and maintenance of KPI dashboards to ensure accurate and complete performance reporting
Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive follow-ups, resolve issues, and expedite procurement cycles
Respond to supplier and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency and operational excellence
Provide cross-functional and back-up support to ensure business continuity
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 4+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or related analytical roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, formulas)
Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting and executive presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Ability to interpret and execute instructions provided in written or verbal formats
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred
