Job description

An established e-commerce company is looking for a Mid-to-Senior Level Amazon PPC Manager to lead and optimize their Amazon advertising efforts. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who thrives on data, understands Amazon's complex ad ecosystem, and is focused on driving ROI through smart budget allocation, operational discipline, and campaign efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end management of Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display).
  • Define and execute tactical strategies to reduce ad spend waste and improve ROAS.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and ongoing optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily; adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to test and iterate on high-performing ad assets.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for campaign execution and reporting.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and scaling.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with proven ROI impact.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon Ads Manager and understanding of different ad types.
  • Highly proficient in Google Sheets/Excel; able to build pivot tables and analyze large data sets.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable making data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and third-party PPC tools (e.g., Helium 10, Perpetua) is a plus.
