They are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex AEM applications, often leading teams and ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment. Their role often includes integrating AEM with other systems, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting issues. Senior AEM Developers typically have deep expertise in Java, web technologies, and the AEM platform itself, and are instrumental in implementing scalable and secure digital solutions for organizations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Senior AEM developer?

To thrive as a Senior AEM Developer, you need advanced experience in Java, web development, and Adobe Experience Manager, usually backed by a relevant degree and several years of hands-on AEM work.
