You Are:

An AEM Assets & DAM Architect to join as an enterprise solutions architect on AEM Assets implementations - from strategy through execution. You will be a technical authority on AEM architecture, Dynamic Media, Content Hub, asset migration, and Adobe Content Supply Chain integrations.

The Work:

Architecture & Solution Design:

  • Define AEMaaCS / AEM Assets on-prem architectures: taxonomy, metadata schema, folder hierarchy, processing profiles, and rendition strategy

  • Design Dynamic Media configurations - Smart Crop (Prime/Ultimate), Image Presets, Video Profiles, and DM with OpenAPI delivery patterns

  • Architect asset migration solutions (Asset Bulk Import, ETL pipelines) from legacy DAMs, file shares, or hybrid storage

  • Develop integration patterns: AEM Assets<>Workfront, Adobe Fusion and downstream activation systems

Delivery Leadership:

  • Lead AEM Assets engagements as the senior technical voice - own the architecture runway, resolve escalated design decisions

  • Partner with PMs on SoW scoping, estimation, and staffing; surface technical risk early

  • Mentor junior AEM developers on OSGi, Sling models, HTL, and Cloud Manager CI/CD best practices

Client Advisory & Practice Development:

  • Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, and RFP/orals contributions for DAM and Content Supply Chain pursuits

  • Provide platform advisory across the DAM landscape (AEM Assets, Bynder, Aprimo, Frontify) to guide buy/build/integrate decisions

  • Build reusable accelerators, POVs, and implementation guides; stay current on Adobe product roadmap and evangelize internally

  • Build SAP ERP technology solutions that transform clients' Program and Portfolio Management functions.

  • Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the EPPM/PML function

  • Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production SAP EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management) solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly

  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out SAP EPPM offerings powered by SAP

  • Analyze technical and functional integration requirements

  • Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years as an AEM architect or Senior Developer

  • Deep, hands-on AEM Assets expertise across:

    • AEMaaCS / AEM 6.x architecture, configuration, and operational models

    • Metadata schema design, search indexing, AI-assisted tagging

    • Processing Profiles, Workflow models, rendition management

    • Dynamic Media: Smart Crop tiers, Image Presets, Video Profiles, DM with OpenAPI

    • Content Hub setup, configuration, and governance

  • Experience leading enterprise-scale AEM Assets migration including: tooling selection, metadata mapping, post-migration audit

  • Deep experience and expertise with AEM dev fundamentals: OSGi/Felix, Sling, JCR, HTL/Sightly, Cloud Manager pipelines

  • Cloud infrastructure fluency for AEMaaCS: Azure Blob/AWS S3, CDN, Enhanced Security environment constraints

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:

  • You have a Adobe Workfront and/or Fusion integration patterns (Workfront AEM Assets supply chain flows)

  • You have Adobe Content Supply Chain architecture: Workfront AEM Assets DM with OpenAPI activation channels

  • You have complementary DAM platform exposure: Bynder, Aprimo, Orange Logic, etc. in advisory or competitive contexts

  • You have a SI/consulting background: SoW construction, staffing models, delivery governance
