Job Description

Job Title: Senior AEM Developer

Job Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job type 12+ months

Mandatory Skills:

  • Selected candidate would be leading a team
  • Ensure offshore team impediments are removed/addressed in timely manner
  • Lead sprint grooming and sprint planning sessions. Provide product demos to customers
  • Daily meetings with offshore to discuss issues/updates/clarifications
  • Must be hands-on for resolving technical issues & provide guidance
  • Must have competency and proven track record of delivering complex technical projects within a team environment of other engineers, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Adobe CQ/AEM Engineer with strong Java/J2EE background.
  • At-least 4 years of strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5, implementing 3+ full cycle AEM projects.
  • Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles.
  • Good experience in Sightly scripting language
  • Experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows is required.
  • Experience with integrating AEM/CQ5 with other products and vendors specifically targeting Social Integrations
  • Experience working with creative Web design teams to implement Web designs in CQ5: Templating sites for Adobe CQ5 (CSS, JavaScript, ExtJS, AJAX and HTML)
  • Writing custom components in Java for Adobe CQ5
  • Expertise in a JavaScript library (jQuery preferred) - not just wiring up events on the DOM
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven
