WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery

Translate complex repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations

Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest

Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance

Deliver a premium pickup and delivery experience consistent with the BMW brand standard

Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

Represent BMW of Lynnwood with the professionalism, expertise, and genuine hospitality the brand demands

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership -- required

BMW or European brand experience strongly preferred -- familiarity with BMW service processes and systems is a real advantage

Track record of strong CSI and NPS scores and repeat guest relationships

Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred

Clear, composed communicator who builds trust quickly and keeps technicians and managers aligned

Able to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to detail or the guest experience

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

A hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters, because it does
