Job Title: Activity Assistant (Full-Time)

Shift: Evening 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Location: Salinas, CA
Pay: $16.90 - $17.73 per hour

Pacific Coast Post-Acute is a premier skilled nursing facility in Salinas. We are looking for a creative and high-energy Activity Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about enriching the lives of seniors, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview
You will work with the Activity Director to lead a vibrant activities program. Your goal is to keep residents engaged and active through physical, mental, and social programs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead daily group activities and special events.

  • Provide 1-on-1 support to encourage resident participation.

  • Ensure all programs follow state and federal regulations.

  • Support a positive and uplifting environment for residents and staff.
