What is a senior account manager?

A Senior Account Manager is a seasoned professional responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships within a company. Senior Account Managers often act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, and strategize ways to meet both client and company goals. Their role typically requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with several years of experience in account management or sales.
