Location: Treasure Coast area.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00/hr

Take a break from the busy hospitals and sign up for TheKey Concierge Nursing (formerly Expicare).

TheKey Concierge Nursing (formerly Expicare) is seeking Per Diem RNs who are available for a variety of shifts up to 16 hours working one-on-one with patients in a home setting or 8-hour shifts in a facility. Days and nights are available. We will work with your schedule.

What You Will Do: 

You will have the ultimate responsibility to help implement customized care plans that encompass solutions to nurture the whole person in mind, body and spirit.  You will be providing impeccable care to clients by assisting in scheduled activities as well as overall care management.  You will treat your clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Deliver exceptional care to the dedicated client in their home
  • Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans 
  • Provide skilled nursing services as prescripted under a client's plan of care that can be safely provided in the home, within your scope of practice
  • Counsel the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs
  • Meet all documentation requirements according to agency policy and proecedure
  • Coordinate services by participating in case conferences, case management, team meetings, and staff meetings as indicated
  • Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability or behavior
Qualifications

Required Skills, Education and Certifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) required
  • BLS Certification preferred
  • Empathy, compassion and kindness a MUST
  • Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations
  • Must be reliable, dependable and on time
  • Basic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness 
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
