- Create, maintain, and track Yield strategic roadmaps aligned to BestinClass targets
- Lead crossfunctional programs, managing scope, risks, changes, and performance to plan
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership
- Drive benchmarking, fastfollow initiatives, and bestknown method adoption across HVM sites
- Lead yield governance processes including MPUP, Rapid Response forecasting, and Frontend SPMO reporting
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or equivalent semiconductor industry experience
- 3+ years of experience in fab engineering, process integration, product engineering, yield, or supply chain
- Strong program leadership and ability to drive execution across multiple teams
- Proven analytical and problemsolving skills using realworld manufacturing data
- Experience applying program management methods in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of semiconductor yield improvement, process qualification, and equipment release
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Tableau, SharePoint, Power Automate, and AI tools
