Saronic Technologies is seeking a driven and execution-focused Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Enterprise Technology and business operations.

This role requires a proactive, go-getter mindset with the ability to drive alignment, manage risk, and deliver results in complex, highly coordinated environments. The ideal candidate thrives in high-visibility, high-risk programs that span multiple systems, stakeholders, and business domains.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Security, and executive leadership to ensure initiatives are delivered with precision, accountability, and speed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs
  • Own project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success metrics
  • Drive structured planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
  • Serve as the connective layer between Engineering, Enterprise Systems, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, and Security teams
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement sessions, and executive updates
  • Manage dependencies across systems and functional teams
  • Drive clarity where ambiguity exists and ensure accountability across owners
  • Identify and mitigate risks early, especially in high-risk or highly integrated initiatives
