Job description

Job Summary
A well-established and growing manufacturing company in Fremont, CA is seeking a Production Operator (Spec) for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate with excellent hand dexterity who enjoys precision work involving printed circuit board assemblies, conformal coating, masking, de-masking, staking, potting, and coating.
This position offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, hands-on training potential, and the opportunity to build specialized manufacturing skills in the electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing industry. The work environment is focused on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with supportive leadership and a collaborative production team committed to meeting high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using proper masking materials and production instructions.
- Mask and de-mask circuit boards according to drawings, process documentation, and work instructions.
- Perform staking, potting, coating, and encapsulation-related tasks as assigned.
- Work with small and delicate components under a microscope using tweezers and precision tools.
- Operate or assist with automated dispensing and coating robots as requested.
- Select and use the correct tools for masking, de-masking, and related production processes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $22 to $23 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Overtime is required.
- Location: Fremont, CA 94538.
