Position Summary:
In this role, you will serve as a Fab Operations Technician/Clean Room Technician producing high-quality products for our customers.
Shift: C-shift- Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 am to 6:15 pm. Training will be on E shift- Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, for approximately 3 months.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Operate assigned machines in a cleanroom environment.
  • Load and unload wafer production machines (microchips).
  • Follow detailed instructions to ensure correct procedures are completed.
  • Perform quality inspections on finished products.
  • Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration, Empowerment and Growth Mindset.
  • Ensure proper gowning procedures and safety standards are being followed at all times in the area.
  • Maintain and communicate in a positive attitude.
  • Be punctual to ensure crisp pass downs between shifts.
  • The job also requires performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • 18 years or older.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • The willingness and desire to learn and grow.
  • Previous semiconductor industry always a plus.
  • High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) diploma, or equivalent.
  • Experience with MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Effective organizational and planning skills.
  • US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of a government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the facility.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • The employee will be required to work in a cleanroom environment: full gowning (full body coveralls, hood, face mask, nitrile gloves, and safety glasses).

The hourly range for this role is $16.62 - $24.92 per hour. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
