Senior Director of Operations
The Senior Director of Operations is a key member of the US Operations leadership team responsible for leading multi-site manufacturing and engineering activities across the east coast region. This role oversees manufacturing operations, manufacturing engineering, product and test engineering and strategic program management to ensure exceptional customer performance and business results.
The successful candidate will drive operational excellence across a portfolio of advanced RF and microwave products, supporting packaging, module assembly, and testing for primarily high-reliability aerospace and defense applications.
This is a highly visible leadership position requiring a strategic thinker who can also drive flawless operational execution in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
Required

โ€ข 15+ years of leadership experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, aerospace, defense, RF/microwave, or related industries.
โ€ข Experience leading manufacturing and engineering organizations.
โ€ข Demonstrated success driving operational performance improvements.
โ€ข Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, engineering, quality systems, and customer-focused execution.
Preferred
โ€ข Master's degree or MBA.
โ€ข Experience with high-reliability, aerospace, defense, or space manufacturing.
โ€ข Experience supporting RF, microwave, semiconductor packaging, or advanced electronics assembly environments.
โ€ข Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence certification.
