The duration of such contracts can vary from a few months to several years. These roles provide flexibility and can be a pathway to permanent employment in the industry.

What are some of the main challenges faced in a semiconductor contract role?

Professionals in Semiconductor Contract roles often navigate the complexities of coordinating between multiple suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track and meet rigorous technical standards. Challenges can include managing supply chain disruptions, adapting to rapid technology changes, and maintaining strict quality assurance throughout the contract lifecycle. Additionally, clear communication with engineering teams and clients is crucial to address any evolving requirements or specifications. Job description

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack - from electrons to tokens - to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that - with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.
We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved - people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Recruiter to support hiring for Crusoe's Spark business. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for a broad variety of roles that drive the Spark project, planning and strategy including, technical customer-facing GTM roles, business operations and planning roles, alongside broader Spark hiring needs as they arise.
This role is built for a highly autonomous recruiter who can run complex, high-bar searches end-to-end, manage senior stakeholders, and operate as a true talent partner rather than a coordinator. You will inherit an active requisition load and be expected to move quickly while holding a high quality bar. You bring a proven track record recruiting technical GTM talent, along with the versatility to support hiring across other functions. You know the full recruitment lifecycle inside and out, and you build strong relationships through clear communication.
This is a six month contract with potential to extend based on business need.
What You'll Be Working On:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical customer-facing GTM, business operations, and planning roles, with the range to pick up new functions as hiring needs shift
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders as a strategic advisor, not just an executor
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach into various talent pools
  • Run intake sessions, structure interview processes, and design role-appropriate technical and customer-facing assessments
  • Screen for the blend of technical depth and customer-facing skill these roles require, and calibrate the bar with hiring managers early
  • Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations
  • Manage a high-volume, high-complexity req load independently with minimal oversight
  • Keep pipeline data, notes, and status current in the ATS so leadership can see progress without asking

What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical or technical-adjacent GTM roles
  • Demonstrated ability to run senior and hard-to-fill searches end-to-end with limited support
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools
  • Ability to hold technically credible conversations with candidates and assess for both technical fluency and customer-facing skill
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders, including director-level and above hiring managers
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
  • Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Data-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
  • Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Bonus Points
  • Experience recruiting in data center, energy, industrial, aerospace, semiconductor, or heavy manufacturing environments.

Compensation:
Compensation will be paid in the hourly range of $50.00 - $60.00. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
