•  Maintain the digital asset library and ensure teams have access to current, approved marketing resources.

•  Evaluate and responsibly use AI and emerging marketing technologies, applying appropriate quality, privacy, brand, and human-review standards.

•  Provide brand standards, creative consultation, and approved asset support to Talent Acquisition-led employer-brand initiatives while Talent Acquisition retains ownership of recruiting strategy and candidate-facing content priorities.

•  Manage agencies, freelancers, technology vendors, budgets, costs, performance, and deliverables.

•  Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform, CMS, analytics, SEO, social media, and Microsoft Office tools.

•  Experience with content strategy, brand governance, sales enablement, demand generation, website optimization, and responsible AI use.

•  Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence without direct authority, and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Education and/or Experience:

•  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

•  Seven or more years of progressive marketing experience spanning strategy, integrated campaigns, brand management, digital marketing, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.
