Working SEM experience - Google Ads/Bing, campaign structure, landing page optimization
Tool fluency: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEO Clarity, Conductor (or similar enterprise SEO platform), Screaming Frog, Looker Studio or equivalent
Google Business Profile management and local SEO optimization - experience managing multi-location profiles, local pack performance, and citation consistency at scale
Page performance fluency - Google Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals diagnostics, and ability to partner with dev on remediation
Technical literacy: HTML/CSS, JS fundamentals, CMS platforms
Demonstrated project management experience - ability to run multiple concurrent initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders, defined milestones, and on-time delivery
