Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and deliver measurable results.
Analyze marketing data and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity through consistent messaging, design, and communication.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
Analyze marketing data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Coordinate marketing efforts for new product or service launches, including market positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer support to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content marketing, and branding.
Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of tasks at a fast pace and effective time management skills
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems using deductive and inductive reasoning
Ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization
