  • Own end-to-end paid search and intent-based strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, and other paid channels to drive pipeline, ecommerce revenue, and profitable growth
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across search, shopping, Performance Max, and LinkedIn paid programs to capture high-intent B2B demand
  • Manage keyword strategy, audience targeting, account structure, bidding, and budget allocation to maximize ROI and scale efficiently
  • Develop and test ad copy, creatives, and messaging aligned to B2B personas (procurement, operations) and product value propositions
  • Own product feed optimization (titles, attributes, taxonomy) to improve visibility and performance in shopping campaigns
  • Partner with ecommerce and UX teams to optimize landing pages and onsite conversion (CRO), including checkout and product detail pages
  • Drive both lead generation (RFQs, quote requests, account sign-ups) and transactional performance (conversion rate, AOV, revenue)
  • Monitor and optimize to key KPIs including CPL, ROAS, CAC, pipeline contribution, and revenue
  • Leverage audience targeting, remarketing, and account-based strategies to improve conversion rates across the funnel
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for marketing, merchandising, and sales
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align SEM and LinkedIn strategies with campaigns, promotions, and ABM initiatives
  • Test and scale new opportunities (e.g., new channels, bid strategies, audience segments) to unlock incremental growth
  • Manage agency or vendor relationships as needed, ensuring performance accountability and continuous optimization
  • Provide regular reporting and executive-ready insights on performance, trends, and growth opportunities

  • Strong experience integrating media performance with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to measure pipeline and revenue impact
