Sales Manager

CURB360

Houston, TX โ€ข On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 17 days ago

Job description

CURB360 is a fast growing real estate media company serving real estate agents, brokers, and property managers. We provide media services through a streamlined tech driven platform and operate across multiple US markets.
We are starting with Houston as our primary focus and expanding nationally. This role is a key leadership position in that growth.
About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Salesperson to own sales in the Houston market first, then help replicate and scale the sales motion nationally.
This is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone who has real experience selling directly to real estate agents, brokers, or property managers and understands how these professionals think, buy, and build long term vendor relationships.
You will sell, build relationships, and help shape how sales is done as CURB360 grows.
What You Will Do
Sell CURB360 services directly to real estate agents, brokers, and property managers in the Houston market
Build and manage relationships with active real estate professionals
Own outbound and inbound sales conversations
Help refine messaging, outreach strategy, and sales process
Collaborate with leadership on expansion into new markets
Help set the foundation for future sales hires as the company scales
Pay Structure
Compensation is structured as a base salary plus commission, with multiple compensation scenarios based on the candidate's sales experience and background. Commission is performance based and uncapped.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience selling directly to real estate agents, brokerages, or property managers
Strong phone presence and relationship based sales skills
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow up
Experience working with sales targets and KPIs
Organized, accountable, and self directed
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Follow Up Boss, or similar
Nice to Have but Not Required
Experience selling services or subscriptions
Experience helping train or mentor other sales reps
Experience scaling a sales process across multiple markets
Why This Role Matters
Houston is our launchpad. The right person in this role will not only drive revenue locally but help define how CURB360 grows nationally. This is a chance to step into a leadership track, not just a sales seat.
If you have sold to real estate professionals before and want to be part of something that is actively scaling, we want to hear from you.
