Position Summary

The Territory Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth and expanding Solenis' presence within the municipal water treatment market across the Midwest region. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that create measurable value for customers.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new municipal business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Sell new applications and solutions by demonstrating value, operational benefits, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal decision-makers, operators, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, and Technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions and support business growth.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Manage account profitability, including pricing strategy, program optimization, and accounts receivable support.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by identifying opportunities to improve treatment programs, operational procedures, and customer site practices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize retention and long-term business growth.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of sales, business development, account management, or related commercial experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and winning new business.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Municipal water, wastewater, or water treatment industry experience preferred.
