We are seeking motivated and growth-oriented individuals to join our team in a Sales Manager or Management Trainee capacity. This role focuses on building client relationships, delivering product solutions, and developing leadership skills within a supportive, team-driven environment.

This opportunity is well-suited for individuals looking to grow into leadership roles. Prior management experience is not required for trainees. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Participate in training to develop sales, product, and leadership skills
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals
  • For management-track candidates: assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members
