Registered Nurse - Home Health & Hospice

Interim HealthCare - Rock Hill, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team as a hospice and home health nurse.   As a healthcare industry leader, we provide in-home care services to individuals of all ages with a variety of healthcare needs. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive and quality nursing care to our clients in accordance with their individualized care plans. This individual will work autonomously but also collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35 to $45 per hour, along with a generous benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off. Continuing education opportunities and career advancement are also available within the company.
Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes according to their individual care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Educate clients and their families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques
• Coordinate care with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and home health aides
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment for both clients and staff
Requirements:
• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in a home health or similar setting
• Excellent clinical skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
