Neurology Physician Opportunity – Erie

$50,000 Sign-On Bonus | Residency Stipend | Outpatient Only | H-1B Sponsorship Available | PSLF Eligible

Position Overview

A growing, employed neurology group within a nonprofit health system is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologists to join an established, full-service outpatient practice in Erie, Pennsylvania. This is an opportunity to tailor your role to your clinical interests while enjoying an excellent quality of life.

  • Full-time, permanent position

  • Outpatient-only practice

  • New graduates and fellowship-trained physicians welcome

  • H-1B visa candidates accepted

  • Employed model with Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility

Practice Options (Choose Your Focus)

Multiple outpatient roles are available based on interest and training:

  • EMG-only

  • Neuromuscular with EMG

  • General Outpatient Neurology with EMG

  • General Outpatient Neurology

Practice Environment

  • Join a collaborative neurology team with multiple physicians and seven APPs

  • Fully integrated Epic EMR

  • Telemedicine services available

  • On-site neurodiagnostic lab including:

    • EMG

    • EEG (ambulatory and clinic-based)

    • Sleep studies

Comprehensive Neuroscience Support

  • Work within a robust neuroscience institute that includes:

    • 8 neurologists

    • 6 neurosurgeons

    • 2 neurointerventionalists (neurosurgeon & neurointerventional neurologist)

    • 4 neurohospitalists

    • 2 neurointensivists

    • 2 neuroradiologists

    • Multiple advanced practice providers

  • Hospital is a DNV-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center

  • 24/7 on-site stroke team

Schedule & Call

  • Outpatient-only roles

  • Clinic and call schedule tailored by role

  • Select positions offer no call requirements

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive base salary

  • $50,000 sign-on bonus (onsite positions)
