Job description

As an ETF Platform Management Associate within our ETF Platform team, you will partner with ETF Product Development, ETF Capital Markets, Investment Professionals/Portfolio Management teams, and cross-functional partners (Product Administration, Product Implementation, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology) to manage our platform and expand our product offering/capabilities. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the end-to-end operating model and prioritization of technology platform enhancements for the U.S. and Canada ETF businesses to support new product development/product pipeline.

  • Support the portfolio management teams in the unique aspects of the ETF vehicle (creation and redemption process, custom baskets, etc.).  

  • Project management of business initiatives, regulatory changes, and industry/market structure initiatives impacting our ETF business. 

  • Create and maintain each fund's primary market (Order Taking) creation/redemption policies and procedures (including AP Handbook, Prospectus/SAI disclosures, Authorized Participant Agreements, and other ETF specific agreements). 

  • Governance/Oversight responsibilities related to compliance with SEC Regulation (SEC 6c-11) and Stock Exchange Listing requirements impacting our ETF business.

  • Produce quarterly reports for management and JPMorgan Funds Board of Trustees.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 2+ years experience working within an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) business.

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Self-starter with critical thinking and problem solving skills, proactive, creative, and flexible with a strong attention to detail.
  • High energy and a strong work ethic, highly organized and strong follow-up skills.
  • Team player with the ability to quickly get up to speed and build relationships.
  • Independently drive product initiatives and projects and effectively manage competing deliverables concurrently. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a high pressure environment.
  • Risk management and a Control orientated mindset is essential.
