Job description

Let Vaco advocate for you! We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to support a growing team.

Responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Partnered with business stakeholders and technical teams to transform complex data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, visualization, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designed and delivered interactive dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reporting solutions using Power BI.
  • Built and optimized scalable data models to support business reporting, performance tracking, and self-service analytics initiatives.
  • Developed advanced calculations, metrics, and business logic using DAX and SQL to address complex reporting requirements.
  • Collaborated with data engineering teams to align data architecture and reporting strategies, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Conducted technical reviews of reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to promote best practices, maintain standards, and improve performance.
  • Investigated and resolved reporting, data quality, and data integration issues across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Provided guidance and mentorship to team members while supporting knowledge-sharing and analytics adoption throughout the organization.
  • Facilitated user enablement initiatives, including training and documentation, to increase business utilization of reporting tools.
  • Evaluated emerging analytics technologies and platform enhancements to improve reporting capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Supported continuous improvement efforts through process optimization, automation, and responsible adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience with Power BI, data visualization, and business intelligence development.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and dimensional design concepts.
  • Experience developing scalable reporting solutions within complex enterprise environments.
