Both roles are essential in warehouse operations but differ in scope and skill requirements.

What are some typical challenges Selectors face when working in a fast-paced warehouse environment?

Selectors often encounter challenges such as meeting tight deadlines, maintaining accuracy under pressure, and handling physically demanding tasks like lifting and moving heavy items.
