Job description

Summary:ย 

The primary role of the Order Selector is to work in the warehouse to select, store, pack, and monitor the inventory of products and fill customer orders correctly.

HOURS:ย 9:00 pm - 5:30 am

Primary Responsibilities: The duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Locate and select specific items within the warehouse to fulfill customer orders.
  • Operator forklift and machinery to stack items on pallets and prepare orders for shipping.
  • Place orders in the correct dock area to be loaded on shipping trucks.
  • Monitor and report on food safety issues when perceived. Operate in a safe manner during all activities and advise supervision of any safety issues. Continually monitor the facility for security measures or breeches.
  • Must be willing to work various start times and/or overtime as needed.

Qualifications:ย To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Two years experience operating a fork lift
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • May be required to stoop and or climb as needed.
  • Able to operate all equipment on the dock to include lifts, shrink-wrapper, baler, etc.
