Warehouse Repack Associate (Night Shift)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM - FRIDAYS OFF!
Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Help Keep Our Warehouse Running

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Repack Associate to help ensure our products are customer-ready and our warehouse stays organized and efficient. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing things the right way, and want a consistent four-day workweek, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll inspect returned and damaged products, determine what can be repackaged, prepare products for resale, and safely dispose of unsellable inventory. You'll play an important role in maintaining product quality and supporting warehouse operations.

What You'll Do
  • Inspect returned and damaged products from warehouse and delivery operations.

  • Determine whether products can be repackaged or should be discarded.

  • Repackage approved products to company and supplier standards.

  • Stack, label, and organize repackaged inventory for warehouse storage.

  • Restock approved products in the correct warehouse locations.

  • Safely dispose of expired or non-sellable products according to company procedures.

  • Maintain accurate daily records of repackaged and discarded inventory.

  • Keep the repack area clean, organized, and safe.

  • Operate floor-cleaning equipment and assist with general warehouse housekeeping.

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Warehouse, inventory, or packaging experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates should be able to:

  • Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
