Job description

Neurologist (ABPN BC/BE)

Compensation: Competitive salary + Signing Bonus + Relocation + Loan Repayment

Job Type: Full time. 8am-5pm. Monday - Friday. 1:4 call schedule

Location: Rutland, Vermont

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist to join a well-established neurology practice within a respected, award-winning community hospital. This is a broad-based general neurology opportunity with the ability to expand services, including botulinum toxin injections for migraine, cervical dystonia, and limb spasticity.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient general neurology services
  • Evaluate and manage acute and chronic neurologic conditions
  • Interpret EEG and EMG studies (preferred)
  • Perform or expand into botulinum toxin injections as desired
  • Collaborate with hospitalists, primary care providers, and specialty teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Contribute to quality initiatives and clinical excellence
Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible through ABPN
  • Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license
  • EEG and EMG experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
