Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Seismic Content Automation Administrator to help modernize and enhance the organization's LiveDocs ecosystem. This role will focus on migrating existing LiveDocs solutions to a modern Snowflake-powered data platform while improving content automation capabilities. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy, scalability, and reliability of client-facing documents and collaborate closely with technology, data, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Seismic LiveDocs, resolving data-driven content issues, and partnering with cross-functional teams to implement effective content automation solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy solving complex content and integration challenges while supporting a modern sales enablement and automation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the migration of existing Seismic LiveDocs from legacy data integrations to a modern Snowflake-based data platform.
  • Configure, administer, and optimize Seismic LiveDocs templates, forms, variables, and content automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Architects, and Business Analysts to design and implement scalable content automation solutions.
  • Validate data mappings and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure accurate and reliable document generation.
  • Monitor and enhance content automation processes, governance standards, and operational efficiency within the Seismic environment.
  • Support ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting of LiveDocs and related automation workflows.
  • Ensure document quality, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience administering and configuring the Seismic platform, including LiveDocs and content automation workflows.
  • Experience supporting data-driven content solutions and integrating enterprise data sources with business applications.
  • Strong experience troubleshooting data mappings, content automation logic, and document generation issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Snowflake or other enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
  • Knowledge of enterprise content management, document automation, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Familiarity with data integration, governance, and automation best practices.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 35,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 123,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
