Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Pay Details:
The annual base salary range for this position in California is $70,000 to $85,000 per year. The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate's geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.
Owns CRM, lifecycle email, and loyalty program strategy to drive acquisition, retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value. Responsible for developing and executing data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that nurture audiences through acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels, supporting acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention goals
  • Manage audience segmentation, automation, and personalization workflows
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
  • Partner with digital, social, and guest experience teams to enhance customer data use
  • Develop strategy for loyalty program for district visitors inclusive of entertainment visitors, office workers, employees, and residents
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of CRM and email marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and segmentation tools (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform creative and strategic decisions
  • Experience managing large-scale CRM databases and integrations
  • Background in developing loyalty programs to increase dwell time and spend
