In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. General Duties:
  • Secure facility and property through observation and inspections; monitor surveillance equipment; monitor access control points; permit or deny entry to premises.
  • Alert help by sounding facility alarms.
  • Prevent losses and damage; report irregularities; inform violators of policy and procedures; restrain trespassers.
  • Control traffic by directing drivers.
  • Write reports and maintain activity log; record observations, information, and surveillance activity; interview witnesses.
  • Ensure safety and security of the facility and personnel through access control and screening and divesting procedures
  • Conduct self in professional manner; lend credibility to client site; be courteous and uplifting; bring people together by being neutral and understanding of people from diverse background.
  • Comply with all legal requirements.
  • Contributes to team synergy by communicating, deconflicting, sharing ideas, and complementing efforts.
  • De-escalate volatile situations; Protect the most vulnerable from threats (physical and non-physical); Contribute to safe and secure work environment.
