Flex Security Officer

Flex Security Officer

Location: Sheboygan/Green Bay

Schedule: Open Availability Required (including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed).

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

We are seeking a highly dependable and adaptable Flex Security Officer to join our team. This position provides coverage for multiple client sites and requires a professional who can quickly adjust to new environments, follow varying post orders, and maintain a high level of customer service and situational awareness.

Position Summary

The Flex Security Officer supports our operations by filling in at various sites within the designated region. Assignments may vary day-to-day depending on scheduling needs, call-offs, vacations, or special coverage requests. This role is essential in ensuring continuous safety and security for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site security coverage in Green Bay or Sheboygan.
  • Conduct foot and vehicle patrols, monitor surveillance equipment, and perform access control duties
  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Write clear and detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and any documentation required by the site
  • Enforce all site-specific rules, policies, and safety procedures
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security-related concerns
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, supervisors, and site management throughout each shift
  • Adapt to changing post orders and expectations depending on the assignment
  • Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and integrity at all times
Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Own, reliable vehicle (frequent travel between sites required)
  • Previous security experience, preferably in flex, mobile patrol, or multi-site roles
  • Active WI guard card
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with open availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform patrol duties in varying weather conditions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, observant, and professional in high-pressure or rapidly changing situations
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to respond to coverage requests on short notice when needed
Additional Information
  • Officers must be comfortable working at different client sites such as office buildings, residential properties, retail centers, industrial sites, and event locations
  • Travel is a regular part of this position; assignments may be scheduled in advance or same-day depending on operational needs
