Job Summary:
The Global Security Design & Systems Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide physical security systems across global locations. This role ensures security technologies, infrastructure, and standards are aligned with organizational risk strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The manager oversees system architecture, vendor partnerships, and continuous improvement of security solutions.
Leads client relationship management, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and strong partnerships.
Oversees program delivery by managing projects, tracking progress with KPIs, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Allocates resources and manages budgets effectively, identifying risks, optimizing utilization, and maintaining financial accountability.
Leads, mentors, and develops cross-functional teams, fostering performance, collaboration, and alignment across workstreams and partners.
Drives communication, reporting, and strategic planning with stakeholders, including feedback integration, conflict resolution, and quarterly business reviews.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Education/Experience:
At least 18 years of age.
Associate's Degree.
3+ year of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
