Job description

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training. Responsibilities As The Program Manager - Security Services, you will provide senior-level management, oversight, and coordination for contractor security support services within an executive-level DoW SAP and SCI environment. This position supports a Government client and is responsible for leading contract execution across headquarters and field site security functions, ensuring consistent performance, mission alignment, staffing continuity, and compliance with applicable Government security requirements. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between contractor personnel and Government leadership and provides enterprise-level oversight of security operations, international security, physical security, visitor control, disclosure, export compliance, and related program support activities. Essential Responsibilities: * Provide overall leadership, management, and oversight of contractor personnel supporting headquarters and geographically distributed security operations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government on contract execution, staffing, performance, deliverables, and issue resolution.
* Oversee day-to-day execution of program requirements across multiple functional security disciplines, including security operations, international security, physical security, visitor control, foreign disclosure, export compliance, and field site support.
* Coordinate with Government leadership, functional leads, and contractor staff to ensure integrated support, workload prioritization, and responsiveness to mission requirements.
* Monitor contract performance, staffing levels, surge support needs, and continuity of operations across all assigned locations.
* Support development, implementation, and maintenance of program processes, standard operating procedures, status reports, metrics, and management briefings.
* Ensure contractor personnel comply with applicable security policies, procedures, clearance requirements, and facility access requirements.
* Support transition planning, onboarding, personnel accountability, and overall program administration in support of contract requirements. Qualifications * Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline and 10 years of directly relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline plus 14 years of directly related work experience.
* Experience must include support to Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders; prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence; and lead a team in fast paced classified environments.
* Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; must be able to meet any applicable Special Access Program eligibility requirements identified by the Government. Pay Transparency Statement AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $198,400.00/Yr. - USD $331,500.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
