Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is looking for an OMS Technical Program Manager. The role involves developing and implementing the technical roadmap for the OMS platform, ensuring scalability and reliability while managing the project lifecycle and leading a team of software engineers.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the technical roadmap for the OMS platform, aligning with business goals and customer requirements.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the OMS system to handle large volumes of transactions and data.
• Drive technical decision-making on system architecture, integrations, and feature development that enhance order processing and fulfillment efficiency.
• Lead architectural and solution discussions with client. Present solution options to the client and negotiate.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of the OMS platform to provide guidance and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for OMS-related projects, from planning and design through to implementation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, inventory, and logistics) to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Implement and oversee Agile processes (e.g., sprint planning, code reviews) to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Optimize workflows and streamline order processing by implementing best practices, including automation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure OMS capabilities align with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for OMS-related inquiries, communicating status, risks, and timelines to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deliver regular updates on team performance, project milestones, and system health to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must be at client office in Nashville, TN 5 days a week. No remote or hybrid. This is a must have from client.

• Experience with retail domain and OMS platforms, especially Sterling OMS.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, microservices and cloud platforms, especially Azure.
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in management role, ideally within order management or e-commerce systems.
• Experience with OMS platforms, especially Sterling OMS and understanding of order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment workflows.
